Current ensigns?
[edit]Is this list only for currently used ensigns? I was going to add the 13-star "boat flag", 1912, used by the United States from the 1850s until 1916, but didn't want to if this isn't for historic flags also.Pennsy22 (talk) 07:55, 20 September 2017 (UTC)
